By hiring equipment from Kelpie Hire WA, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Hire Period
The hire period is as agreed at the time of booking. Hire charges are payable for the full period regardless of use. Late returns incur additional charges at the standard daily rate.
2. Equipment Use
Equipment must be used for its intended purpose only, by competent operators, in accordance with all safety instructions and WA laws and regulations.
3. Damage & Breakdowns
The hirer is responsible for any damage, loss or theft during the hire period. Please report any faults immediately and stop using faulty equipment.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled hire to avoid fees. No-shows may be charged the full hire cost.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kelpie Hire WA accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of hired equipment. The hirer uses equipment entirely at their own risk.
